There were 43 August 2017 sold Desert Ridge homes which included 9 Desert Ridge condominiums and 34 single family detached Desert Ridge homes. The Desert Ridge condos that sold in August were in the Desert Ridge communities of Bella Monte, Villages at Aviano, Toscana and La Verne. No Fireside Triplex condominiums sold in August 2017.
We consider Desert Ridge property to be all homes, condos and land that is located within a boundary bordered by Pinnacle Peak Rd on the north, Loop 101 on the south, Cave Creek Rd on the west and 56th St on the east.
Sales of Desert Ridge homes seem to be hovering at average sale prices between $190 and $200 per square foot. This last June, we saw average sale pricing at $205 per square foot which is as high as we have seen over the past eight years. But with inventory levels still remaining relatively low, we are not seeing in increase in sales pricing. We will post a sales trend article soon which will chart out for you the average days on market, number of units sold, types of units sold and average sold pricing.
Still however, Desert Ridge remains a strong anchor for north Phoenix home values. With Desert Ridge J.W.
